There was a bit of a buzz, today, at Bellahouston. Catching up with each others’ news, comings and goings and just getting back down to earth and getting on with it – like the little fellow you might spot in the picture, here. Mark and Jack tackled the new beds for the home schoolers, and, while I worked farther down the hill, Jennifer and Adam picked the first of our Blackcurrants.
Gary arrived with more materials for his project – the Herb Nest, which promises to provide a small haven for our gardeners to immerse themselves in the beauty of nature in a whole new way. Before long it was time for tea and sandwiches and a good old therapeutic chat before making our ways onto our next tasks – so it seems we all had productive but flying visits today, which felt like a good way to begin the week.
